Since 1998 multiple audio interviews have been recorded with James McCloskey and three people whose convictions he has helped to overturn: James Landano, Edward Baker, and Joyce Ann Brown. Through these interviews we have recorded each person’s recollections of being incarcerated, their courage in fighting for their innocence, and the unwavering support and resources Mr. McCloskey has provided in each of their cases. Experts provide information on inaccuracies in the legal process and possible remedies. The death penalty and lack of compensation after their release from prison are discussed. All of the audio interviews have been recorded and edited.

The live action production took place from July 16-July 20, 2007. A 3-day film shoot will be scheduled for pick-up shots. Fifteen minutes out of the total twenty-five minutes of animation has been completed, shot on film, and edited to the soundtrack.
